Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely.

• Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize comprehensive evaluations to assess clients.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Offer care to patients across all age groups.

• Complete around 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Employ telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding to new markets by securing additional state licenses when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without future employer sponsorship.

• Designated private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• History of collaborating with clients to meet their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments effectively.

• Currently fully licensed and independently credentialed in a relevant state, such as LCSW.

• Willingness to maintain a schedule of 30 client care hours each week, averaging six clients daily.

• Experience supporting patients with chronic severe mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Readiness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
