Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide compassionate and high-quality mental health care to individuals of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans and serve as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider.

• Conduct around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Work with patients who may experience chronic severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Carry out thorough assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Utilize telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day.

• Partner with clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A designated work-from-home area that ensures privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Experience collaborating with clients to attain their goals.

• Capability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Current full/independent clinical licensure.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

• Commitment to completing 30 client care hours per week.
