Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth initiative.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health support.

• Deliver care to individuals across various age groups.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Work Monday to Friday with a schedule of either 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create treatment plans.

• Assist in Brave Health's growth into new regions by acquiring additional state licenses as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current full/independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or an equivalent credential.

• Willingness to complete 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Experience supporting patients with chronic severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Readiness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.
