Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth initiative

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care to patients of all ages

• Perform mental health and/or substance use disorder evaluations

• Create individualized treatment plans

• Conduct thorough assessments

• Collaborate with clients to reach their goals

• Employ telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms

• Complete 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging 6 clients daily

• Acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health grows into new regions

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future

• Dedicated work-from-home environment ensuring patient privacy and HIPAA compliance

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder assessments

• Skills in treatment planning

• Proficient in using telehealth software and communication tools

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their objectives

• Capability to implement comprehensive assessments

• Valid independent clinical licensure, such as LCSW or other relevant behavioral health credentials

• Commitment to fulfilling 30 hours of client care each week

• Background in treating patients with chronic severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
