Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Offer full-time outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Maintain approximately 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Potentially acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health grows into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A designated work-from-home environment that ensures privacy for patient safety and complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and fluency in other languages is an advantage.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnosis.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Proven experience partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Fully licensed in at least one state; LCSW or another recognized independent clinical credential.

• Willingness and ability to complete 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Experience with patients suffering from chronic severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
