Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care.

• Offer care to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Diagnose or address issues related to mental health and/or substance abuse.

• Manage approximately 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A home workspace that ensures patient privacy for safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Fully licensed in at least one state, with independent practice privileges.

• Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Clinical experience with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
