Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth initiative.

• Provide mental health treatment utilizing technology to enhance access to care.

• Offer care to patients of all ages.

• Conduct around 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Use mental health and/or substance use diagnoses to guide care delivery.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Implement thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Deliver care using telehealth software, video calls, and internal communication tools.

• Acquire additional state licenses as necessary to facilitate expansion into new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A private workspace for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness and ability to complete 30 client care hours weekly.

• Experience working with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Current full or independent clinical licensure.
