Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient therapy services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health care to individuals of all ages.

• Utilize technology, telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and internal communication tools throughout daily operations.

• Identify and evaluate mental health and/or substance abuse issues.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their objectives.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Maintain approximately 30 client-care hours weekly, averaging about six clients daily.

• Care for patients with severe chronic mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Potentially acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health grows into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Cannot support temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current independent clinical licensure/credential (including LCSW or equivalent credentials).

• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses as needed.
