Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth initiative.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health support to patients.

• Offer care to individuals across all age groups.

• Complete around 30 client care hours each week, averaging six clients daily.

• Work with patients facing chronic severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Perform thorough assessments and create treatment plans.

• Utilize telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.

• Aid in Brave Health's growth into new markets by securing additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Dedicated work-from-home environment ensuring privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Background in collaborating with clients to attain their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Independently licensed in a relevant state and credentialed as an LCSW or equivalent clinical license.

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as required.
