Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Deliver mental health treatment to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans and cater to Medicaid and Medicare patients.

• Conduct approximately 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Partner with clients to help them achieve their personal goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools effectively.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new territories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A designated work-from-home environment with privacy to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Background in collaborating with clients to meet their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state.

• Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Experience working with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
