Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care to individuals across various age groups.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans while serving Medicaid and Medicare patients.

• Conduct around 30 hours of client care each week, averaging six clients daily.

• Diagnose or assist in the treatment of mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans.

• Carry out thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them meet their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Potentially acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private work-from-home environment ensuring patient safety and compliance with HIPAA.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Currently licensed to practice independently in at least one state.

• Holds credentials such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCPC, LPC, LISW, or other relevant qualifications.

• Experience with patients dealing with chronic severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Willingness and ability to complete 30 client care hours weekly.
