Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health care to individuals across different age groups.

• Offer compassionate, high-quality services through telehealth.

• Utilize mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses to guide treatment.

• Create personalized treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Employ telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Complete 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Work with individuals suffering from chronic severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Assist in expanding into new markets by obtaining necessary state licenses as needed.

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A designated workspace at home that ensures privacy for patient safety and complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; fluency in additional languages is a plus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to meet their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Current independent clinical licensure, such as LCSW or an equivalent credential.

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.
