Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Deliver mental health treatment to patients of all ages.

• Offer care through collaborations with commercial health plans and serve as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Carry out comprehensive assessments.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their goals.

• Assist Brave Health's growth into new markets by acquiring additional state licenses when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Fully or independently licensed in at least one state.

• Willing to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as needed.
