Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient therapy services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment remotely from a home-based workspace.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Diagnose or work with individuals facing mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Manage a caseload of approximately six clients daily, equating to 30 client care hours each week.

• Offer care to patients of all ages, including those covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial health plans.

• Operate Monday through Friday during shifts of 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm Eastern.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health continues to grow into new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer, now or in the future.

• Have a private work-from-home environment that meets patient safety and HIPAA standards.

• Proficient in English.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal messaging tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to meet their goals.

• Capable of conducting comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed for expansion.

• Must be able to complete 30 client care hours weekly.
