Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with patients.

• Assess and treat mental health conditions.

• Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to patient needs and situations.

• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling and treatment while modifying treatment plans as necessary.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.

• Engage and provide guidance to family members when appropriate.

• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within the local communities.

• Oversee patient records, document clinical details, and access patient histories using EHR systems.

• Collaborate within small clinical teams and consult with clinical leaders, Executive Therapists, and Psychiatrists.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.

• A Master’s Level Degree or higher in relevant fields is required.

• Must possess a full, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license depending on the office location.

• Candidates must hold a valid, active license; associate/intern level therapists will not be considered.

• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout the duration of employment.

• Proven experience in efficiently using electronic health record systems.

• Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.

• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

• Capability to adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to establish and sustain effective working relationships with clients and their families.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Capability to guide, direct, or influence individuals.

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not mandatory.
