Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Deliver mental health treatment to patients of all ages.

• Utilize telehealth software and video communication for care delivery.

• Apply mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to guide treatment.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Complete 30 hours of client care weekly, with an average of six clients each day.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A home workspace that ensures privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience working collaboratively with clients to meet their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Current full or independent clinical licensure.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as necessary.

• Capacity to complete 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients per day.

• Experience working with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
