Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through the telehealth program at Brave Health.

• Deliver mental health treatment to patients of all ages.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools to provide care.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Collaborate with clients to meet treatment objectives.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create treatment plans.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new markets by acquiring additional state licenses as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Private workspace for patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Currently fully and independently licensed in the relevant state(s).

• Experience with patients facing chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.
