This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Perform clinical evaluations and make diagnoses within your professional scope.

• Create joint treatment plans utilizing authorized formats.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapies based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Ensure documentation is timely and compliant.

• Fulfill supervision, training, and licensure prerequisites.

• Contribute to culturally competent therapeutic initiatives.

• Engage in committees and adhere to organizational protocols.

• Actively participate as a member of the PCHH team.

• Assist in promoting patient self-management objectives, proactive care, and case evaluations.

• Offer 1–2 available appointments daily for internal referrals within CommWell Health.

• Collaborate with seasoned clinicians and leadership.

• Take part in team huddles, recognition programs, and a cooperative care model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited or recognized college or university with a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related human-services field.

• Possession of an LPA, LMFT, LCSW, LCAS, LPC, or LCMHC license, with eligibility for licensure within 24 months of your hire date.

• Certification in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, or a BLS Certificate along with a Basic First Aid Certificate from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

• NCI+ Preventive Certification.

• Capability to conduct clinical assessments and make diagnoses within your scope.

• Skill in developing collaborative treatment plans using approved formats.

• Proficiency in providing individual, group, and family interventions while adhering to evidence-based practices and legal and ethical standards.

• Ability to maintain documentation that is timely and compliant.

• Competence in fulfilling supervision, training, and licensure requirements.
