This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid population.
• Concentrate on clinical care while the organization manages billing, insurance, and credentialing.
• Choose referrals and create a flexible caseload.
• Provide therapy or assessment services through secure virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their objectives.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies.
• Develop effective and personalized treatment plans.
• A valid LAC license in good standing within the state of Arizona.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling.
• Minimum of 6 months of direct therapy or assessment experience.
• Personal malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).
• Proficiency with EHR systems and various digital tools.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Personal computer and reliable internet access for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English.
• Spanish language skills preferred; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses.
• Expertise in developing effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Competence in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies.
• Complete flexibility: establish your own hours and availability, choose which referrals to accept, and create a caseload that suits you.
• Administrative support with insurance, billing, and credentialing is managed by the organization.
• Extensive referral network through insurers, universities, and community providers.
