This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Inform consumers about health insurance options available under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace.
β’ Evaluate the coverage requirements of individuals and families while clarifying the various plan options.
β’ Detail premiums, deductibles, copays, provider networks, prescription coverage, and other key plan features.
β’ Assist consumers in navigating the ACA Marketplace application and enrollment processes.
β’ Deliver professional and consultative customer service during all consumer interactions.
β’ Ensure the accuracy of customer data, application information, and enrollment records.
β’ Conduct follow-ups with both prospective and enrolled consumers as needed.
β’ Achieve sales, conversion, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience goals.
β’ Adhere to compliance regulations set by CMS, Marketplace, carriers, licensing, and company protocols.
β’ Keep up with necessary licenses, certifications, carrier appointments, and Marketplace credentials.
β’ Engage in continuous training, coaching, performance improvement, and team meetings.
β’ Efficiently use multiple computer systems and applications while assisting customers.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Valid Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
β’ Active National Producer Number (NPN).
β’ Newly licensed insurance agents are welcome to apply; previous ACA sales experience is not mandatory.
β’ Prior experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service is preferred.
β’ Capability to complete and maintain all necessary ACA Marketplace/FFM registration and training before conducting Marketplace enrollments.
β’ Ability to meet all applicable carrier contracting and appointment prerequisites.
β’ Excellent verbal communication, listening, and customer service abilities.
β’ Comfortable working in a goal-oriented and performance-focused sales setting.
β’ Coachable, reliable, professional, and motivated to grow within the insurance sector.
β’ Proficient in computer navigation with the adaptability to learn and manage multiple systems.
β’ Ability to work independently while contributing to a remote team environment.
β’ Dependable high-speed internet connection and a suitable professional remote workspace.
β’ Capability to uphold necessary licensing, certifications, and continuing education obligations.
β’ Willingness to work additional hours, evenings, or weekends as business needs dictate, especially during peak Open Enrollment periods.
