This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Drive sales growth for a prominent global hotel company's portfolio by enhancing relationships with leisure travel agencies, luxury agencies, and key wholesalers.
• Manage and develop assigned leisure agency and wholesaler partnerships to achieve growth in room nights and market share.
• Cultivate relationships with wholesale partner Business Development Managers (BDMs) through collaborative sales calls, training sessions, webinars, and regional events.
• Conduct both virtual and in-person sales calls, webinars, and advisor visits to promote the company's resort and all-inclusive offerings.
• Present sales materials and presentations aimed at maximizing booking potential.
• Attend and host travel advisor engagement events across leisure, wholesale, resort, and all-inclusive sectors.
• Evaluate market indicators, room night statistics, partner performance, and industry metrics to prioritize accounts effectively.
• Create customized, data-driven sales strategies tailored for agencies.
• Adapt content and presentation materials to align with performance trends and the specific needs of agencies.
• Monitor account performance, identify factors driving growth or decline, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage call frequency and engagement rhythm to optimize portfolio return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with company teams to plan and execute territory events, activations, and joint initiatives.
• Engage with advisors during activities to enhance commercial impact.
• Participate professionally in team meetings and conference calls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Document activities and interactions using Salesforce.
• Keep the Outlook calendar updated with travel schedules, appointments, and agency activities.
• Track performance and assess progress towards objectives in Salesforce.
• Manage expenses and submit weekly reports.
• Maintain a professional business appearance and adhere to company brand standards.
• Secure collateral and equipment in a weatherproof, accessible location.
• Follow company guidelines for equipment use.
• Ensure that vehicles used with colleagues or leadership are clean and presentable.
• Support additional hours or ad hoc tasks as needed based on business requirements.
• Experience in leisure, luxury, or wholesale travel sales; hospitality or hotel sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze commercial data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30-50% within the designated region, with occasional international trips.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and compliance with company brand standards.
• Flexibility to assist with additional hours or ad hoc activities when necessary.
• Candidates must reside in the specified location and live within reasonable proximity to major airports to facilitate required travel.
