Legal Traineeship – Attorney or Elective Station, Legal‑Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In-depth understanding of the operations within a young remote law firm, primarily focused on employment, commercial, and contract law.

• Select and manage cases independently.

• Offer support and assistance in case management.

• Provide legal advice beyond the specified practice areas as necessary.

• Collaborate weekly with the legal-tech company yourXpert, engaging in startup-related tasks.

• Aid in the creation of new and innovative legal products.

• Prepare guidance documents and legal opinions, such as those for the development of automated legal advice.

• Legal trainee (Referendary) undergoing training during the attorney or elective phase.

• Passion for direct case and client engagement.

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.

• Enjoyment in drafting legal documents.

• Proficient with MS Office applications.

• Interest in Legal-Tech initiatives.
