Senior Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a demanding caseload of Employment Tribunal claims, primarily focusing on unfair dismissal and discrimination issues.

• Provide clear, commercial, and practical guidance promptly.

• Assume responsibility for legal cases.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients.

• Operate confidently within a structured delivery framework.

• Contribute to outstanding service and ongoing enhancement.

• Function as an extension of clients’ in-house legal departments.

• Manage high-volume tribunal cases utilizing a modern, technology-driven approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years PQE preferred, though strong relevant experience at other levels is also welcomed.

• Extensive general employment law expertise.

• Robust experience in Employment Tribunal matters.

• Exceptional drafting and communication abilities.

• Capability to handle large volumes of work within tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• A keen interest in innovative, client-integrated working methods.

• Experience in volume litigation is highly advantageous.

• Supervisory experience of junior lawyers is a plus.

• Commercially aware and focused on solutions.

• Confident in taking charge of responsibilities.
