This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Department concerning clinical research operations.
• Draft, review, coordinate, and manage clinical research contracts, including CTAs, CDAs, vendor and consultant agreements, amendments, and contract addenda.
• Oversee contract execution processes, tracking signatures, versions, and approvals.
• Maintain and update databases, trackers, and document management systems related to contracts.
• Assist with legal compliance documentation for clinical trials during audits, inspections, and due diligence processes.
• Perform legal and regulatory research in areas such as healthcare, clinical research, data protection, and corporate law.
• Complete and monitor privacy assessments, DPIAs, and other necessary documentation.
• Address internal inquiries related to contracts, policies, and legal procedures.
• Create, update, and organize legal templates, SOPs, policies, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR, Quality, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, notaries, and regulatory organizations as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality, precision, and adherence to GCP, privacy regulations, and contractual commitments.
• Diploma or certificate in Paralegal Studies or equivalent legal training.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated setting.
• Various combinations of relevant education and work experience will be taken into account.
• Strong grasp of contract administration and legal documentation.
• Familiarity with clinical research operations, GCP, and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High degree of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract/document management systems.
