This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the physician panel, which encompasses physician profiles, fees, doctor groups, physician activation statuses, and W9 remit-to modifications.
• Comprehend client fee schedules and turnaround-time expectations to negotiate terms for physician agreements.
• Investigate and initiate outreach when new panel options are necessary.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new physicians according to client requirements.
• Collect physician documentation, such as agreements, applications, CVs, W9s, and NPDB records.
• Collaborate with Network leadership to establish agreement fees.
• Provide dictation and Access DS guidance as required.
• Cultivate relationships with regional panel physicians.
• Represent the organization in person and perform clinic visits with block-time physicians.
• Offer scheduling support to enhance Operations and optimize scheduling capacity.
• Recruit and manage physicians in strategic regional markets for IME examination services and specialty coverage.
• Address the licensing and requisite certifications for physicians willing to permit unilateral recording and commit to blocked clinic days, as necessary.
• Conduct in-person recruitment and relationship management visits with existing and potential panel physicians.
• Build long-term partnerships with panel doctors through face-to-face interactions and ongoing field engagement.
• Source and address open service requests that necessitate urgent network recruitment, providing daily sourcing updates.
• Acquire exam locations and integrate them into the database of available resources.
• Execute additional duties and special projects as assigned based on business needs.
• Must be based in Texas.
• Experience in physician recruitment within a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skills.
• Proficient understanding of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties, and medical terminology.
• General awareness of State and Federal compliance regulations.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Critical thinking aptitude.
• Organizational capabilities.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and adhere to specific deadlines.
• Required computer literacy and typing skills.
• Preferred expertise in the legal-related industry.
• Prior business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance environment is preferred.
• Strongly preferred: Expert Witness recruitment experience.
• Candidate must provide and maintain their own internet services.
• An uninterrupted internet connection is mandatory for work-from-home tasks.
