📋 Description

• Create, implement, and document software tools, custom scripts, and automated workflows to enhance processes within the legal department.

• Integrate and expand the primary legal technology stack, which includes CounselLink, Anaqua, and DocuSign CLM, with enterprise systems, APIs, custom tools, and automated data pipelines.

• Design comprehensive technical solutions for legal intake triage, contract automation, intellectual property operations, and expenditure analytics.

• Collaborate closely with the Legal Operations manager, attorneys, paralegals, and partners from IT and Finance to convert legal workflows into scalable software solutions.

• Ensure the stability and security of internal tools by maintaining user documentation, system architectures, and infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 3 years of professional experience in software development or automation engineering.

• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and documenting comprehensive solutions from start to finish.

• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.

• A keen interest and proactive desire to understand how legal teams function and the operations of corporate law.

• Previous experience in creating integrations or custom solutions tailored to internal workflows.

• Familiarity with legal technology platforms such as DocuSign, Anaqua, or CounselLink.

• Practical experience with generative AI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code internal tool builders like Retool, Streamlit, or Power Automate.

• Capability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic, multi-functional environment while simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical team members.
