Legal Intern – Legal Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist lawyers in managing their case portfolios and gaining insight into the lifecycle of legal matters.

• Aid in utilizing AI tools for screening publications, conducting case law research, and drafting documents.

• Upload and systematically organize documents within CPJ/Projuris systems, ensuring data accuracy.

• Track deadlines and procedural updates in case management systems and electronic courts.

• Suggest automation for repetitive tasks and enhance control spreadsheets using advanced functions or low-code tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Law degree from the 4th semester onward, preferably available for a two-year internship.

• Genuine enthusiasm for Generative AI technologies, including ChatGPT and similar applications.

• Interest in process automation and productivity-enhancing tools.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Comfortable with learning and utilizing new software applications.

• Ability to conduct thorough legal research.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good writing abilities and a willingness to learn modern, clear legal language (Visual Law).

• Additional assets include participation in research groups focused on Law & Technology; experience with Notion, Trello, or Canva; and proficiency in technical English.
