Legal Expert – Finance & Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze a synthetic legal matter along with its associated documents.

• Assess six blinded AI deliverables labeled A–F.

• Conduct five direct comparisons against a common comparator output.

• Provide a concise and specific rationale for each preference.

• Review legal work products in the finance and real estate sectors for a human-preference study.

• Manage the engagement independently with a flexible schedule.

• Offer legal expertise to assist in the training and improvement of AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney with significant experience in reviewing senior secured credit facility markups, project finance credit agreements, RMBS closing exception reviews, tenant-favorable commercial leases, and mixed-use development agreements.

• Capable of evaluating work products comprehensively for accuracy, completeness, judgment, and utility.

• Possess excellent written English skills.

• Able to follow written instructions and meet deadlines independently.

• Commitment of roughly 30 hours throughout the engagement.

• Must adhere to NDA confidentiality stipulations.

• External AI tools should not be utilized on project materials.

• Engagement must be as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
