Legal Expert – Finance & Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze a synthetic legal case along with its associated documents.

• Examine six blinded AI outputs labeled A–F.

• Conduct five comparative analyses against a shared comparator result.

• Provide a brief, specific justification for each preference.

• Assess legal work products for accuracy, completeness, judgment, and utility.

• Bring human legal expertise to the training and improvement of AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney with significant experience in reviewing senior secured credit facility markups, project finance credit agreements, RMBS closing exceptions, tenant-favorable commercial leases, and mixed-use development contracts.

• Capable of evaluating work products comprehensively for accuracy, completeness, judgment, and utility.

• Proficient in written English with attention to detail.

• Ability to operate independently following written guidelines and deadlines.

• Commitment of around 30 hours throughout the engagement period.

• Must adhere to NDA and confidentiality stipulations.

• Use of external AI tools on project materials is prohibited.

• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
