Legal Content Analyst – Labor and Employment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the continuous development and maintenance of Practical Guidance content within the Labor and Employment practice area.

• Design, manage, and implement processes and workflows for content upkeep.

• Track legal developments, including legislation, regulations, agency guidance, and court rulings.

• Conduct legal research and editorial tasks to refresh Practical Guidance content.

• Draft, revise, and edit content to comply with editorial standards.

• Maintain legal development trackers and other resources for customers.

• Carry out content remediation projects aimed at enhancing quality, usability, navigation, organization, currency, and consistency.

• Integrate AI and emerging technologies into editorial workflows.

• Collaborate with LNNAUK, GPO, and GTO teams on content strategy, workflow enhancements, product improvements, and customer-centric initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree with a minimum of two years of recent practice experience, or equivalent relevant experience in a specific legal field.

• Strong capability to monitor and interpret legal and regulatory changes within a designated practice area.

• Experience in conducting legal research and applying findings to create practical, user-oriented content updates.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, emphasizing clarity, accuracy, and usability.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows that align with business objectives and deadlines.

• Proven experience in enhancing content quality, organization, and overall customer experience.

• Familiarity with or a keen interest in utilizing AI and emerging technologies in editorial practices.

• Strong collaborative abilities and effectiveness in working with cross-functional teams.

• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high editorial and legal standards.
