
Legal Content Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Conduct law-related tasks such as legal and factual research, document analysis, citation verification, contract administration support, and preparation of legal content.
β’ Oversee and coordinate the lifecycle of legal content from its collection to processing, batching, and final delivery.
β’ Create, maintain, and analyze operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
β’ Assist leadership in setting operational objectives, tracking progress, and executing strategic initiatives.
β’ Manage content sorting processes, which include evaluating and refining inclusion and exclusion criteria.
β’ Facilitate the transfer of content from various collection sources into downstream processing and batching workflows.
β’ Support vendor identification, onboarding, relationship management, and assessment of new legal content opportunities.
β’ Examine operational challenges, pinpoint root causes, suggest solutions, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
β’ Background in legal operations, legal publishing, content operations, research, or similar professional settings.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Experience handling data, reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities at once.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams.
β’ Juris Doctor degree is preferred.
β’ Experience with legal content, court records, legal publishing, or legal research is preferred.
β’ Experience in supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with working with vendors or external content providers is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of workflow optimization and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
β’ Experience using reporting and business intelligence tools is preferred.
