Legal Consultant – Digital Products, ECM, Structured Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal counsel for equities and structured or innovative products throughout their entire lifecycle, encompassing design, launch, enhancement, and exit.

• Draft, examine, and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements, and partner contracts.

• Create program-level documentation as necessary.

• Collaborate with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across various jurisdictions.

• Structure new initiatives and manage associated legal risks.

• Oversee external legal counsel.

• Contribute to internal guidance and training initiatives.

• Assist in developing scalable legal processes and templates.

• Provide legal support to a prominent global client in the fields of digital assets and fintech.

• Serve as a primary legal contact for equity-linked products and digital asset-linked solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-12 (+) years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

• Proficiency in structured products, ECM, derivatives, broader capital markets, cryptocurrency, digital assets, or tokenization products.

• Background in either in-house or private practice.

• Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Valid legal authorization to work.

• Successful completion of a background check may be necessary.

• Proof of identity may be required.
