Legal Client Intake Representative

📋 Description

• Assist the Client Intake Manager with reporting and departmental requirements

• Perform initial intake calls with potential new clients

• Gather comprehensive information regarding client matters and their legal needs

• Keep accurate records and data pertaining to intake calls and retention metrics

• Adhere to firm guidelines for effective and consistent communication with prospective clients

• Share best practices for collaboration with the firm and legal team

• Monitor ongoing communication with non-retaining prospective clients utilizing spreadsheets

⛳️ Requirements

• Timezone: PST

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Windows Operating System

• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with Clio or Datto software

• 2–3 years of experience in client-facing or intake positions is preferred

• Experience in legal or professional services environments is advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High emotional intelligence and empathy

• Confidence and diplomacy when handling challenging conversations

• Capability to convert prospective clients into retained clients

• Self-motivated and independent in a goal-focused environment

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills

• Experience with law practice management software is preferred

• Proficiency in the English language
