This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Develop tailored legal strategies for each client.
• Assess application packets, declarations, and motions related to family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.
• Evaluate and give constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants.
• Perform initial assessments to identify legal challenges.
• Advocate for clients during Adjustment of Status interviews with USCIS.
• Act as "Attorney of the Day," providing legal advice to the team.
• Attend operational meetings.
• Engage in Consultation Day Events.
• Manage a full caseload and meet with clients directly.
• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and community partners.
• Must possess an active U.S. Bar license.
• Minimum of 2 years of attorney experience in reviewing complex immigration cases, including T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, and SIJS.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal).
• Demonstrates a growth-oriented "can-do" attitude.
• Committed to continuous improvement with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working 45 to 50 hours per week.
