Legal Case Manager – Personal Injury Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee a substantial caseload of personal injury cases from initial intake to final resolution

• Liaise with clients, medical professionals, insurance adjusters, and defense attorneys

• Acquire and examine medical records, invoices, and other documents pertinent to the case

• Create demand packages and assist in negotiations for settlements

• Maintain case files and scheduling to ensure all deadlines are meticulously tracked

• Draft correspondence, case summaries, and necessary legal documents

• Collaborate closely with attorneys to formulate case strategies and prepare for litigation or settlement

• Guarantee adherence to legal procedures and deadlines specific to Massachusetts

• Provide compassionate and responsive support to clients throughout all phases of their cases

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Personal Injury cases

• Direct experience handling PI cases in Massachusetts is essential

• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts Personal Injury laws, court protocols, and pre-litigation processes

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Proficient in legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Smart Advocate, Needles, or similar)

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous

• Paralegal certification or a background in legal studies is preferred but not mandatory
