Legal Case Manager – Personal Injury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Prepare and compile demand packages for insurance submissions.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and healthcare providers.

• Oversee personal injury cases from intake to settlement.

• Resolve discrepancies among provider records, insurance documentation, and information reported by clients.

• Submit demand packages for attorney evaluation and incorporate their feedback.

• Ensure adherence to workflows, processes, and documentation standards.

• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage issues, liability assessments, and settlement requests.

• Upload, organize, and monitor medical records, bills, provider statements, and insurance documents.

• Gather, verify, and document information from clients, medical sources, and insurance providers.

• Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients throughout the lifecycle of the case.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Virtual Case Manager.

• Personal injury case management experience, specifically with car accidents.

• Skills in claims and settlement negotiation.

• Proficiency in preparing demand packages.

• Strong client relationship management abilities.

• Effective communication and coordination with insurance providers.

• Experience in reviewing medical records.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt and remain flexible.

• Proficient in handling confidential information.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT.
