Legal Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist attorneys in preparing cases effectively.

• Aid in the development of pre-litigation cases related to Personal Injury.

• Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings; training will be provided.

• Keep case files organized and monitor important deadlines.

• Engage with clients and medical providers through phone and email communications.

• Request, monitor, and organize medical records and necessary documentation.

• Ensure all communications maintain a high standard of professionalism and clarity.

• Contribute to the advancement of cases and uphold operational excellence across various practice areas.

• Preferred legal background or previous experience in a law firm.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• A high standard of professionalism and accountability.

• Clear speaking voice with excellent articulation skills.

• Capacity to manage sensitive client interactions with emotional intelligence.

• Strong grammar skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to various systems and processes.

• Proficient in the English language.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. PST.
