Legal Assistant / Legal Specialist – Debt Collection and Enforcement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Executing enforcement procedures

• Managing garnishment and transfer requests

• Communicating with bailiffs and enforcement courts

• Engaging with debtors and creditors

• Finalizing and negotiating settlements

• Establishing installment payment arrangements

• Managing phone communications with debtors and creditors

• Assisting in digital debt collection initiatives and process enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive understanding of receivables management and/or debt collection

• Multiple years of professional experience in the debt collection sector

• Several years of familiarity with Ferber’s Ikaros debt collection software, or

• Completed training as a legal assistant or legal specialist, ideally with an additional qualification in receivables management

• Commitment to actively shaping and refining processes

• Proficient in written and spoken German
