Legal AI Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish trusted relationships with attorneys from law firms, corporate legal departments, service providers, and public sector entities.

• Gain insight into customer workflows, challenges, and opportunities for transformation.

• Engage with partners, associates, and in-house counsel as a credible peer.

• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.

• Deliver customized product demonstrations that link Relativity’s AI features to legal applications.

• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement with customers.

• Support clients in navigating workflow transformation and integrating AI into legal processes.

• Work alongside Customer Success Managers to connect product adoption with growth and measurable outcomes.

• Offer structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Contribute to the development of playbooks, best practices, and scalable customer engagement resources.

• Simplify complex AI functionalities into practical insights for legal professionals.

• Aid customers in comprehending how RelativityOne’s claiR and aiR products influence practice areas and workflows.

• Assist internal teams in understanding the needs and behaviors of legal users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A qualified lawyer who is currently admitted and in good standing to practice in at least one EMEA jurisdiction.

• Must possess an active practicing license, rather than just an academic law degree.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or within an in-house legal team.

• Litigation experience is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of legal workflows and the challenges faced by attorneys.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage legal and executive audiences.

• A genuine curiosity about AI and its capacity to transform legal work.

• Experience in client-facing roles is advantageous.

• Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and dynamic environments.

• Practical experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

• First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows and regulatory investigation processes.
