Lecturer in Law and Taxation for Professional Specialists

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and amend practice assignments on the educational platform using the supplied model responses.

• Host regular Q&A sessions via Zoom.

• Conduct engaging online classes through Zoom, adhering to established schedules and prepared educational resources.

• Instruct on legal subjects including the basics of the German Civil Code (BGB), contract law, commercial and corporate law, employment and social law, as well as competition and consumer protection law.

• Teach tax-related subjects covering various taxes such as income tax, corporate income tax, trade tax, and value-added tax (VAT).

• Assist clients in achieving qualifications as professional and business specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to teach on weekdays and/or weekends, especially on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Strong affinity for technology and prior experience in online instruction.

• Further qualification as an industrial master craftsman in areas such as metalworking, mechatronics, electrical engineering, logistics, or food technology, or possession of a similar qualification.

• Expertise in the subject matter with the capability to communicate it clearly and understandably.

• Teaching skills, such as holding an instructor qualification (AEVO) or passing the GRETA competency evaluation.

• Preferred membership in an IHK examination board for industrial master craftspeople.

• Structured and process-oriented approach to work.
