This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Act as the main administrator and technical owner of Marathon Health's enterprise learning technology ecosystem.
• Oversee courses, learning pathways, academies, cohorts, assignments, certifications, assessments, user groups, permissions, and the learning catalog.
• Ensure system and data integrity by adhering to administrative standards, documentation, SOPs, quality assurance, and user-data management.
• Offer support to learners and administrators, troubleshoot issues, and implement platform enhancements, releases, and third-party integrations.
• Spearhead learning technology implementation and enhancement projects from planning and requirements through configuration, integration, migration, testing, launch, adoption, stabilization, and optimization.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, communications, and stakeholder readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving Organizational Development, vendors, content providers, and business stakeholders.
• Assist in change management and promote end-user adoption.
• Enhance the connected and accessible learning experience at Marathon Health University.
• Provide technical advice on learning technology, content providers, authoring tools, and related technologies.
• Identify and implement AI agents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop and maintain learning reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Analyze learning trends, system utilization, learner feedback, and KPIs, offering actionable recommendations.
• Establish reporting standards and enhance self-service capabilities for managers and administrators.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Learning & Development, Education, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in administering enterprise learning management systems or learning technology platforms, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven success in implementing, migrating, or significantly transforming an enterprise Learning Technology.
• Hands-on experience with 360Learning implementation and administration is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Learning Technology configuration, user management, learning pathways, reporting, integrations, content administration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in building or configuring AI agents, workflows, or AI-enabled solutions is preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience leading complex, cross-functional learning technology initiatives.
• Background in learning analytics, dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and digital content platforms, such as Articulate 360, is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar generative AI tools is required.
• Exceptional skills in project management and execution.
• Understanding of learner experience and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, resolve problems, and complete tasks independently.
• Keen attention to detail and a broader understanding of business and learning objectives.
• Interest in AI and emerging learning technologies.
