This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, plan, and implement tailored training programs for members as part of pre-Go-Live initiatives.

• Oversee the learning journey of end users from the implementation of Epic through the post-Go-Live phase.

• Work in collaboration with executives, member coordinators, Learning Analysts, various service areas, leadership, and OCHIN stakeholders.

• Convey organizational knowledge to trainers in preparation for the delivery of training sessions.

• Act as a liaison among service areas, members, and OCHIN.

• Evaluate training requirements and organize implementation activities.

• Create and present training materials.

• Communicate necessary prerequisites and oversee training logistics, including licenses, login information, and equipment setup.

• Monitor participation, collect feedback, and report on the effectiveness of training programs.

• Evaluate site readiness and set training objectives.

• Conduct site visits and provide support for post-implementation training.

• Organize training schedules and enroll participants in the OCHIN Open Institute.

• Coordinate placements for interns and externs.

• Establish key performance indicators to measure training delivery success.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, science, business management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with EPIC EMR is required.

• At least three (3) years of experience in coordination, logistics, strategy, or project management is preferred.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% is required.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office setting.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment.

• Employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain an approved medical or religious exemption prior to the hire date.

• Availability for on-camera virtual meetings is required.

• Must be able to travel nationally by air, vehicle, or train as necessary.
