Learning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Create and implement educational experiences, content, resources, and training for various programs and products.

• Ensure that learning materials and training are aligned with evidence-based pedagogy and established teaching and learning methodologies.

• Organize and conduct professional learning sessions for educators through webinars, workshops, and face-to-face events.

• Tailor learning strategies to suit different audiences and contexts.

• Engage with quality assurance frameworks and policies regarding inclusion and accessibility.

• Contribute to the development of teaching and learning strategies and methodologies.

• Collaborate with research and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Utilize user feedback and data to enhance program quality.

• Work together with colleagues within the organization and with external partners.

• Represent the Raspberry Pi Foundation to external audiences and stakeholders.

• Contribute to thought leadership through writing articles, blogs, public speaking, research, and evaluations.

• Adapt, deliver, and expand the Experience AI program in the US while contributing to its ongoing enhancement.

• Travel periodically to meet with colleagues and partners across the country.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the USA, preferably in the Eastern or Central time zones; Metro Atlanta, Georgia, or the Twin Cities, Minnesota are preferred locations.

• Must be eligible to work in the USA.

• Must have a comprehensive understanding of computing, with a degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field.

• Must possess a teaching qualification or substantial teaching experience.

• Must have at least 3 years of experience teaching computer science or a closely related subject at the middle and/or high school level.

• Must have experience in designing and implementing AI literacy curricula for students.

• Must demonstrate a keen interest in the latest advancements in AI for educational purposes.

• Must have experience in designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences, resources, or training across various settings.

• Must be comfortable with a wide range of hardware and software technologies and be eager to learn new technologies.

• Must understand computing pedagogy in both formal education and informal learning environments.

• Must be committed to the Foundation's mission and values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Must exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

• Must be highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects at different stages.

• Must be willing to travel within the US and potentially internationally.

• Must undergo a background check and periodic checks to work with children.
