Learning Facilitator – AI-powered Content Creation, Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Instruction tailored to specific subjects delivered from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.

• Utilization of diverse teaching methodologies for lesson planning.

• Preparation and development of teaching materials aligned with the curriculum.

• Conducting assessments to evaluate competency advancement.

• Selection, configuration, and application of modern, widely-used AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, n8n).

• Creation, enhancement, and assessment of media content generated by AI.

• Instruction on the fundamentals and emerging trends of AI in media design.

• Facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

• Development of innovative teaching concepts for Digital Marketing, Social Media, and E-Commerce.

• Monitoring, assessing, and independently advancing current AI trends and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or Marketing.

• Strong background with AI tools for content creation.

• Demonstrated experience in adult education: a minimum of 600 hours of training experience.

• Evidence of pedagogical qualification (e.g., trainer certification according to AEVO).

• Methodical and didactic capabilities in delivering instructional materials.

• Proficiency in explaining complex subjects clearly to varying levels of learners.

• An independent and organized working approach with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication abilities and didactic expertise.

• At least two areas of expertise: Digital Marketing, Social Media, or E-Commerce.
