Learning Experience Manager, Lohnbuchhaltung, DATEV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and structuring of learning materials, exercises, and tests for the course "Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV"

• Incorporating practical experience from payroll accounting

• Ensuring a clear and practical delivery of the content

• Creation of new exercises and application cases

• Assistance in implementing the content on the digital learning platform

• Conducting individual sessions with participants

• Providing tutoring and learning support

• Correction and assessment of assignments

• Administration and evaluation of final exams

• Responding to technical inquiries

• Coordination of sessions and appointments

• Updating and continuously improving course content

• Close collaboration with the instructor and the Academy team

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of practical experience in payroll accounting or payroll processing

• Good to very good practical knowledge of DATEV

• Excellent German language skills

• Ability to navigate English-speaking digital tools and technical terms

• Completed commercial or relevant vocational training, a degree, or a comparable qualification

• Passion for knowledge transfer

• Experience as a tutor, trainer, or educator is welcome but not mandatory

• Ability to explain concepts clearly and support individuals in their learning

• Openness and appreciative communication

• Interest in digital tools, AI, and new working methods

• Willingness to engage with new topics

• Desire to actively shape adult education

• Willingness to take responsibility and work as part of a team
