Learning Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Consultants, and Subject Matter Experts to gain insights into product functionality, enhancements, and release timelines.

• Convert business and technical product requirements into engaging learning experiences for employees, partners, and customers.

• Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, user guides, quick reference guides, and knowledge articles.

• Create structured learning paths and onboarding programs for consultants, customer support teams, implementation partners, and customers.

• Develop product certification programs, assessments, and knowledge checks.

• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to facilitate new product launches through enablement materials and training programs.

• Manage and maintain training content within the Learning Management System, ensuring materials are current and aligned with product updates.

• Conduct needs assessments and collect stakeholder feedback to identify learning gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Facilitate virtual and instructor-led training sessions for employees, customers, and partners.

• Assess training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessment results, and learning analytics.

• Ensure that training materials adhere to company branding standards, instructional design best practices, and principles of adult learning.

• Support customer adoption initiatives with scalable training resources that enhance product knowledge and user engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in instructional design, training development, learning & enablement, customer education, or a similar role.

• Proven experience in developing training content for software products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or technology solutions.

• Strong capacity to comprehend technical concepts and convert them into clear, engaging, learner-focused content.

• Experience in creating e-learning courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation techniques.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Experience in Agile product environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Ariba is a significant advantage.

• Experience in developing customer-facing education programs and certification pathways.

• Familiarity with video creation, screen recording, and multimedia learning content development.

• Experience in supporting product launch, adoption, and change management initiatives.

• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and learning content publishing standards.
