Learning Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct assessments to identify learning and performance needs for both new and existing programs.

• Design and develop comprehensive learning solutions that align with business goals and learner requirements.

• Create training curricula, certification programs, instructor-led materials, virtual learning experiences, e-learning modules, job aids, coaching resources, and performance support tools.

• Utilize adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and cutting-edge learning techniques.

• Develop storyboards, learning pathways, course materials, interactive experiences, and digital learning content.

• Employ Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing tools, and AI-enhanced video solutions.

• Recommend suitable learning formats, technologies, and delivery methods.

• Investigate emerging learning technologies, instructional design practices, and industry trends.

• Collaborate with business leaders, school heads, subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders.

• Lead consultations and meetings to identify learning opportunities and propose solutions.

• Evaluate learner outcomes and business results, suggesting modifications as necessary.

• Assist trainers and facilitators with resources, measurement approaches, facilitation aids, and evaluation activities.

• Assess complex learning solutions and enhance future programs.

• Establish measurement strategies to monitor learner success, learning effectiveness, and business outcomes.

• Work with learning, performance, technology, and business teams to develop scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Generate recommendations based on data analysis, learner feedback, business performance, and evaluation results.

• Stay updated on trends in instructional design, learning technology, adult education, digital learning, and AI.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of learning design standards, processes, tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in instructional design, learning experience design, educational content development, or a related field.

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Design, Technology, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

• Proven experience in designing scalable learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and online settings.

• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

• Experience in conducting needs analysis and converting business requirements into learning solutions.

• Experience with storyboarding, course development, visual design, and producing learning content.

• Proficient in Articulate 360, particularly Rise and Storyline.

• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning technologies.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable visual design tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

• An analytical mindset capable of evaluating learning effectiveness and linking learning outcomes to business results.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-evolving environment.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with overlapping deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and PowerPoint.

• Valid local legal authorization to work in Mexico at the time of hire.
