Associate Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Create eLearning modules utilizing Articulate Rise and Storyline

• Design instructor-led and virtual training materials using PowerPoint, Canva, quick reference guides, and handouts

• Transform existing documentation, presentations, and content into formats that are learner-friendly

• Produce job aids, facilitator guides, and participant materials

• Update and manage training content across the enterprise

• Implement ERMCO branding, accessibility, and formatting standards

• Conduct self-assessments prior to submitting work for review

• Develop scalable learning assets that support leadership programs and initiatives

• Create reusable modules, presentations, and learning resources aligned with enterprise needs

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and metrics analysis, suggesting improvements

• Maintain documentation and version control for instructional materials and courseware

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Content Development, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field OR 2 years of experience in content development or a similar field

• Experience in developing learning or training materials within a corporate setting

• Practical experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and PowerPoint

• Excellent written, visual, and organizational abilities

• Capability to incorporate feedback and consistently adhere to standards

• Comfortable working with existing content and templates

• Preferred: Experience in supporting enterprise or leadership training

• Preferred: Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles

• Preferred: Experience working within a structured L&D team or process
