Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Perform analyses to assess learning and performance needs for both new and existing programs, pinpointing capability gaps and areas for enhancement.

• Create and implement comprehensive learning solutions that align with organizational goals and meet learner requirements.

• Design training programs, certification courses, instructor-led resources, virtual training, e-learning modules, job aids, coaching tools, and performance support materials.

• Utilize adult learning theories, instructional design frameworks, and innovative educational methods.

• Develop storyboards, learning pathways, course content, interactive experiences, and digital educational resources.

• Employ tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing software, and AI-driven video solutions.

• Suggest appropriate learning formats, technologies, and delivery methods based on the audience, business requirements, and intended outcomes.

• Investigate emerging trends in learning technologies, instructional design, and industry practices.

• Collaborate with business leaders, school administrators, subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders.

• Facilitate consultations and business discussions to uncover learning opportunities and propose solutions.

• Evaluate learner outcomes and organizational results to enhance learning solutions.

• Provide support to trainers and facilitators by supplying materials, measurement strategies, facilitation tools, and assessment activities.

• Assess complex learning initiatives and refine future programs.

• Set up measurement strategies to gauge learner success, learning efficacy, and business outcomes.

• Work in partnership with learning, performance, technology, and business teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Formulate recommendations based on data, learner insights, business performance, and evaluation results.

• Remain up to date with trends in instructional design, learning technologies, adult education, digital learning, and AI developments.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of learning design standards, processes, tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in instructional design, learning experience design, educational content creation, or a related discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Design, Technology, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficient in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.

• Proven experience in designing scalable learning solutions for classroom, virtual, and online settings.

• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories.

• Experience in conducting needs assessments and converting business requirements into learning solutions.

• Proficiency in storyboarding, course development, visual design, and educational content production.

• Familiarity with Articulate 360, especially Rise and Storyline.

• Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning technologies.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar visual design applications.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

• Analytical mindset capable of assessing learning effectiveness and linking learning outcomes to business results.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-evolving environment.
