Learning Execution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying learner needs based on role and content area while contributing to the design of learning solutions.

• Oversee independent learning projects as required.

• Cultivate relationships with business, HR, and Learning partners to enhance execution.

• Provide updates on program and process status to internal stakeholders and client groups.

• Collaborate with Design & Development, Technology, Delivery, Learning Strategy, business, and Product teams.

• Aid in the design, testing, and deployment of Learning Management System functionalities, security measures, and processes.

• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of learning and development solutions.

• Evaluate the impact of learning on business and individual performance, and develop continuous improvement action plans.

• Anticipate training needs and devise scalable strategies for learning execution.

• Create, manage, and report on project plans.

• Design and implement learning programs and reporting solutions within the Learning Management System.

• Oversee the daily operations of learning and development solutions.

• Administer internal processes, program participation, expenses, and budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma and/or GED.

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, learning & development, human resource development, or a related field.

• Preferred: 2 years of experience in the retail industry or equivalent experience at Home Depot.

• Background in Learning and Development or a related field.

• Experience in Project Management with cross-functional teams.

• Overnight travel is typically less than 5% of the time.

• No leadership experience necessary.

• Certifications: None required.
